Terms and Conditions

• All rates mentioned are non-commissionable.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card (MASTER, VISA, JCB & AMEX) and Please present the same card at the front desk when you check in.
• All room inclusions are valid per paid occupants per occupied villa.
• Rates and Payment confirmed will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah (Local Currency) based on the exchange rate of the day.
• Child under 12 years old can stay with an existing bed or share with parents, 12 years old and above are considered adults.
• Maximum room occupancy is 3 persons/adult per villa, 3rd person will be charged an additional cost of USD 100 net per person and this additional cost is not inclusive with any additional benefit or special offer.
• 1 night non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, and will be taken on the date of confirmation (if package, 50% non-refundable deposit is required).
• In the event of a cancellation 14 days (in low season) and 21 days (in high season) prior to the proposed arrival date, your reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charge.
• No Show as well as Early Departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full accommodation charge.
