We arrived here in Ubud after 6 enchanting days at your resort in Seminyak. We thought the ”once in a lifetime” experience we had at The Samaya Seminyak would be impossible to equal, were we wrong!
Your property here in Ubud is enchanting, it was a delight to fall asleep & wake up every day to the sound of the rushing river. The staff here is just as professional, friendly & attentive as in your other resort. The luxuriant vegetation beautiful flowers & amazing views on the rice terraces all enhanced our stay. We also wish to thank you warmly for your much appreciated generosity : the free spa treatment in Seminyak & three course meal in Ubud. The food was exquisite (compliments to the chef) & the setting of “Swept Away” is too dream come true.
To make too long story short, both my mother & myself are absolutely delighted with our stay. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.

Perfect end to our honeymoon. Beautiful villa with fantastic views that would be hard to beat. Our meal in Scene was also one of the best meals we’d ever had, great service@ very well presented meal. The taste was amazing a faultless meal!!!
The spa was also amazing in every way, so relaxing. The only very minor point was the in villa breakfast wasn’t quite as fresh, but was great at Scene. Thank you for a great 3 days.

The staffs were excellent. I love the large size of the pool & villa grounds.
But there were some areas for potential improvement.

1. Room needs more light, especially for reading in bed or on the sofa
2. Exhaust fan in toilet would be good
3. There were cobwebs in the gazebo

The bathroom was lovely, big & airy & the bathtub is very nice. But the water
pressure in toilet & bath is too low, took too long to fill the bath

6. Shuttle service is useful
7. Hot stone massage was 5 star
